These are patterns for dolls on the back of cotton sugar sacks.  They
were produced by Sea Island Sugar.  Sea Island Sugar was (from what
I know) a division of Western Sugar Refinery in San Francisco,
California.  The sugar sacks were manufactured in 1935 and 1936.  I
am not certain of the number of different patterns.
